Al Cast Plate G.AL® C330 PWT
Primarily developed to substitute trouble-prone Al-rolled materials in low and medium pressure hydraulic technology (roll materials often have a tendency to capillary cracks in rolling direction) G.AL® C330 PWT has gained a permanent place in moulding. The extremely dense micro structure shows very good results in polished and etched surfaces. In the field of PET bottle production this material has firmly established (usually in combination with surface coating, such as chemical nickel plating).
Various applications also have been implemented in the broad field of machine building and jigs and fixtures manufacturing; whether concerning high-strength bearing blocks, housings of pumps and gears or die carrier (e.g. revolver magazine of turning machines) G.AL® C330 PWT has all proven best.
