Precision plates are either cast or rolled aluminium plates machined and treated to repetitively obtainable specified accurate specifications.
Each melt is tested for chemical composition, porosity, grain size and physical properties.Heat treatment of blocks is done in-house and guarantees a high and continuous quality! Each block and plate receives an ID number traceable to source and related test data. All products are measured for thickness, flatness and surface roughness after each operation.
