Who we are

GLEICH- Group of companies is a family owned business based in Kaltenkirchen, close to Hamburg in the northern part of Germany. Established in 1980 by Günter (†2006) and Christel Gleich presently managed by 2nd generation.

By the 1990‘s GLEICH successfully developed and introduced their in-house produced aluminum cast plates, G.AL® C250 Precision Milled Plates and G.AL® C210R Sawed Mould Plates; followed by G.AL® C330 cast plates with higher strength values. Aluminium Cast Plates are very stress free, very form stable and of remarkable homogeneous, compared to conventional rolled aluminium.
Today GLEICH is one of the leading companies in the global Aluminium Cast Plate market supplying its well known G.AL® plates, blocks, cut to size parts and customized components all over the world.
Headquarter and main production facilities are based in Kaltenkirchen, Germany. The GLEICH group today consists of 3 independent Service- Centers; two in Germany and one in the Czech Republic. One sales office in Austria and one in Hong Kong, a CNC Machining- Centre to complete the range of product services. GLEICH- Group of companies has approximately 160 employees.
